Is your gold jewellery hallmarked?
Yes. All our karat gold jewellery (22K, 18K, 14K and 9K) is BIS hallmarked, so the purity you pay for is certified and guaranteed.
Are your diamonds certified?
Yes. Our diamond pieces come with certification from recognised labs such as IGI, GIA or SGL, confirming the diamond's grade and authenticity.
Do you make custom or made-to-order jewellery?
Yes. We craft bespoke pieces and offer custom sizing on request. Share your idea, reference image or requirement on WhatsApp, or visit the showroom to discuss a design with us.
What types of jewellery do you specialise in?
We specialise in bridal sets and traditional Rajasthani craft — Kundan, Polki, Jadau, Meenakari and Thewa — alongside contemporary gold and diamond jewellery for daily and occasion wear.
Where is Ashok Jewels located and when are you open?
Our showroom is at 4th Main B Road, Sardarpura, Jodhpur, Rajasthan 342003. We are open Monday – Sunday, 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM — all seven days of the week.
How do I see prices or check availability?
Gold and diamond prices move with daily market rates, so we share live pricing and availability directly. Message us on WhatsApp with the piece you like, or visit the showroom and we'll give you exact figures.
Can I book a consultation before visiting?
Absolutely. You can book a one-to-one consultation through the website or WhatsApp, and we'll set aside time to help you choose or design the right piece.
What are your making charges?
Making charges vary with the design. Machine-made pieces carry lower charges, while bespoke handmade work sits a little higher because of the craft time it takes. Our rates are very competitive for the market, and our team gives you the complete breakdown on any piece before you decide.
Do you offer gold exchange or buyback?
Yes, we offer both. For old gold exchange we use our own in-house Caratometer to measure purity on the spot, so the valuation is fair, transparent and gives you the best value for your gold. Our buyback terms on both gold and diamond are among the best available.
Do you deliver or ship jewellery?
Gold carries real risk in transit, so home delivery is not something we offer as a standard service. That said, we do accommodate specific requirements wherever we safely can — talk to us on WhatsApp or in the showroom and we will do our best to work something out for you.
